You can change your email anytime by following these steps:

Portal

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on the user icon or avatar in the top or side menu.
  3. Click on the "Edit Profile" button.
  4. Locate the "Email" field and click on it to make changes.
  5. Enter your new email address.
  6. Click on the "Save" button to apply the changes.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email at your new email address. Follow the instructions in the email to confirm the change.
  8. Once you have confirmed the change, your new email address will be set as your primary email for your account.

Mobile App

Android & iOS

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Tap on the menu from the top left corner.
  3. Tap on the "Account & Settings"
  4. Locate the "Email" field and click on it to make changes.
  5. Enter your new email address.
  6. Click on the "Save" button to apply the changes.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email at your new email address. Follow the instructions in the email to confirm the change.
  8. Once you have confirmed the change, your new email address will be set as your primary email for your account.
